AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT FOR AN UNFIXED TERM

Entered into on 15.03.2024 in Warsaw between Acme Corporation with his/her head office located at Warsaw, ul. Polna 12 represented by John Smith (herein after referred to as "the employer") and Anna Kowalska with his/her address at Warsaw, ul. Kwiatowa 5 (herein after referred to as "the employee") Identity Document Number ABC123456 issued by Warsaw City Hall Personal Identification Number 90010112345 Tax Identification Number 1234567890 which states that:

§1

The Employer employs the employee for an unfixed term, for full-time employment to occupy a post of Software Developer.

§2

During performing the work the following duties are in particular assigned to the employee: developing and maintaining software applications, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with other team members.

§3

The employee will perform the work in Warsaw, ul. Polna 12.

§4

During the time of labor relation the employee will receive remuneration for the work performed in the amount of:

a) basic remuneration - in amount of 8000 zł (monthly) gross, paid until 10th day of the calendar month which follows the month during which the work was performed;

b) allowances stipulated in the employer’s labor law regulations (in collective agreement made for a single work establishment or in collective agreement made for several establishments or in regulations concerning remuneration)

§5

The employee will start the work on 01.04.2024.

§6

Each party states that he/she familiarized with, took note and accepted to fulfill the content of hereby contract and that he/she received one copy of the contract.

Hereby I declare that I have familiarized myself with the content of employer’s labor law provisions i.e. labor regulations and regulations concerning remuneration (collective agreement) and I accept above-mentioned regulations and obligate myself to apply and follow them.
